  • 1. Established dairy unit by renovated cow shed also purchased local and cross breed cattle for farm
  • 2. Included new breed beetal in goatary unit
  • 3. included new breed of white pakin ducks in KVK farm
  • 4. Extended and renovated of Goatary unit
  • 5. Extended piggery units
  • 6. Established new IFS model utilized waste pond to productive unit
  • 7. Initiated seed production of Mustard
  • 8. Established new summer vegeatble demo unit on spine gourd and pointed gourd
  • 9. Established Fruit base and vegetable base Natural farming model at KVK farm
  • 10. Purchased two fishing net which was very important at KVK , it utilize for KVK ponds fishes
  • 11. Strengthening linkage with all state and central line departments
  • 12. Submitted two numbers of projects for KVK
  • 13. Created new format for Leave(CL), Vehicle requisition, Registers for documentation of data, publication, staff activities , meeting, seminar attended
  • 14. New digital electricity meter has been installed which saved monthly minimum Rs. 10000/ where last 4-5 years it was fixed rate of electricity bill, approx bills were received per month minimum Rs. 30000/
