  • Awarded 'National Resource person' Farm livelihoods ,NIRD & PR ,Hyderabad on 9th Feb'2018
  • Second best award for oral paper presentation on 4th July,2020 on Employment generation through Agri entrepreneurship in Nalbari district of Assam by R . Bezbaruah, M. Deka and S. Saikia on National Webinar on Motivation of youth towards Agri-entrepreneurship and innovative farming organized by JNKV,Jabalpur on 4th July,2020
  • Photography Award 2021 organized by ICAR-CAFRI,Jhansi during 2021-22 on Innovative Integration in Agroforestry on the photography competion heldon' Agroforestry'
  • The Technology Showcasing Programme was conducted since 26th Nov’2011 to 9th June’ 2016. During the period the technologies like HYV of rice(Ranjit),HYV of toria(TS36),HYV of Early ahu(Luit) and HYV of rice boro(Joymati) have been promoted and spread in all over Nalbari district showing a great visibility of KVK, Nalbari. A report has been prepared and inaugurated by honourable Vice Chancellor,AAU,Jorhat, Dr K.M.Bujarbaruah during the SAC meeting held at KVK,Nalbari during 11th March’2016
  • Depth wise characteristics of soil physico-chemical properties of selected sand & silt deposited aresa of Nalbari
    district have been made and documented. GPS-GIS based map of soil nutrient of sand silt deposited study area also have been developed under the project' 'Provisioning livelihood security in sand and silt deposited areas of Assam' during my supervision the project from 2012-16. Conducted several trainings, field days , various scientific crop production activities for livelihood generation covering around 1000 farmers .
  • Jyoti Farmer's Club a registered society at sand & silt deposited area of Chengnoi under Ghagrapar Rev circle has been identified by me , under my guidance started their activities and now this has been expanded to large areas and earned lots of awards. Growing of different commercial crops become a major earning venture for the group of youths and recognized by district authority. Dr.A.K.Shing, DG, ICAR also has visited the area and appreciated the changes that has taken place. Since 2019 they have started a tourism resorts on the farm itself in the river bank of Pagladiya and developed a great entrepreneurship. Many awards they have received at state as well as national level.
  • In flood effected areas of Morigaon district, Early ahu variety of Rice ie Dishang has been popularized in pre and post
    flood situation after conducting on Farm Trial. During 2016 flood, KVKs of Nagaon, Mangaldoi, Sonitpur lifted paddy seeds (1.5 quintal, 2.4 quintal, 2.4 quintal respectively) for distribution as contingency measure to the flood hit villages of their district from the farmer Kameswar Deori @ Rs 22/kg.District Agriculture Office has lifted 10q during 2017 for contingency measure
  • In flood effected areas of Morigaon district, Rnjita Sub 1 and Bahadur Sub 1 varieties have been widely popularized as they survive after continuous submergence of 12 days in 2016 and 15 days in 2017. The varieties have been horizontally spread over many villages in next consecutive years and these varieties from OFT and FLDs have been lifted under APART programme also as seed.
  • In Morigaon district,hybrid variety of Maize NMH 1 have been cultivated on 133.3 ha area under TSP programme
    during 2016-17. The technical guidance and training have been provided by me and that was a great success for thefarmers and from that area they earned more than 90 lakhs. As ther cobs have been procured by companies of Shillong and other places @Rs 1100-1300/q.
  • Successful completion of Cluster Frontline Demonstration of oilseed and Pulses form 2016-18 at KVK,Morigaon.
    KVK Morigaon has been awareded for best performing KVK in case of oilseed- Toria during 2018

    8.Best Zonal Krishi Vigyan Kendra Award 2014 conferred by ICAR,New Delhi for Zone III
  • Successfully conducting Rice production (Sali & Boro/Early Ahu) at Goalpara district under APART, World Bank project since 2018 onward till date as In Charge . Numbers of training provided to more than 100 trainees under APART programme. Time to time technologies also have transferred to farmer's field. 'Ratnapith FPC' has been formed at Agia, Goalpara and under them Custom Hiring Centre has been formed. Farm mechanization has been initiated from 2020 from this CHC.
  • Successfully conducting the different research programmes & TSP programmes under AICRP on Agroforestry as OIC since 2020. covering around 500 farmers. Successfully conducted the 5th QRT monitoring of AICRP on Agroforestry during 2020.
  • Best paper presentation award on ' Agroforestry system as land use system at National webinar on ' Sustainable interventions towards resource conservation and natural farming' organized by Academy of resource conservation and management , Locknow and Assam Agricultural university, Jorhat held on 22-23 April,2022
