  • In Teaching:



    1. Published one (1) book entitled "Veterinary Pathology for Beginners: Volume:1" for the under-graduate students as per MSVE-2016.

    2. Guided three (3) M.V.Sc. students as Major Advisor and fourteen (14) as Member of Advisory committee.

    3. Presently guiding three (3) M.V.Sc. students as Major Advisor and fifteen (15) as Member of Advisory committee.

    4. Acted as Question paper setter and Evaluator for various courses of Vety. Pathology for CVSc & AH, Selesih, Mizoram and Tripura University.

    1. Acted as Principal Investigator in One (1) Research Project sponsored by CIFE and CIFRI. Associated with Eight (8) Research Project As Co-PI.

    2. Presently associated with four (4) Research Project as CO-PI.

    3. Published thirty eight (38) Research Paper in Scientific Journal.
  • In Extension:



    1. Acted as Invited speaker in different Extension training programmes for the Farmers.

    2. Published nineteen (19) popular articles in leading News papers and Magazines of Assam.

    3. Published nine (9) technical bulletin in vernacular languages.

    4. Acted as Panel analyst in two Television Shows during the first outbreak of African Swine Fever in India.
  • In Disease Diagnosis:



    1. Reported the occurrence of Inclusion body Hepatitis- Hydropericardium Syndrome (IBH-HPS) for the first time from Assam.

    2. Standardize the PCR for diagnosis of Inclusion body Hepatitis- Hydropericardium Syndrome and characterized the Fowl adenovirus.

    3. Acted as a Core Member in the diagnosis of first outbreak of African Swine Fever in India.

    4. Conducted Sero-Epidemiological studies of IBH-HPS, Duck plague and Concurrent infection of CSF and Porcine circovirus associated diseases in agro-climatic conditions of Assam.
