The Peer Group–IV, constituted by the Secretary to the Hon’ble Governor of Assam, undertook an institutional visit to Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Jorhat, on 9 and 10 October 2026 under the Peer Group 2.0 framework. The visit was coordinated by Dr. Binoy Kr. Medhi, Director of Students’ Welfare, AAU, Jorhat, who served as the Nodal Officer for the programme. Over the course of the two-day visit, the Peer Group conducted a comprehensive assessment of the University’s academic departments, administrative directorates, institutional facilities, and other functional units to gain an in-depth understanding of its academic, administrative, and infrastructural framework.
