The 17th Convocation of AAU will be held on June 10, 2010(Thursday) at its Headquarters in Jorhat. The candidates who applied earlier to receive the degrees shall report in the forenoon of June 09, 2010 to receive the academic attire and to attend a compulsory rehearsal on the same day at 2.30 pm.
Further, the students who have qualified for various degrees of the University during the period from September 16, 2009 to May 19, 2010 may also apply to receive their degrees in person. For them, the applications in plain paper giving full name, examination passed, Regn/Roll No., Discipline, CGPA and present address with telephone number with fees of Rs. 800/- only in the form of IPO/Bank Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, AAU payable at Jorhat must reach the undersigned on or before May 20, 2010.
