The term and condition along with list of items with specification may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours personally or by sending self address stamped envelope (size 26 cm x 12 cm) by depositing a quotation fee of Rs 100/- only (non-refundable) by way of crossed IPO drawn in favour of the Director of Research (Agri.), AAU, Jorhat-13. The documents can also be downloaded from classified section of university website www.aau.ac.in . The quotation will be received up to 3.00 pm of 29.03.2010 and will be open on the same day at the same time. 2% earnest money of the quoted value to be deposited along with the tender.
