Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed firms/authorized dealers/suppliers for supply of Laboratory equipments etc. The quotation form may be obtained from the office of the undersigned personally or by sending self addressed envelope of 26cm x 12cm with stamps of Rs. 25.00 and on payment of Rs. 200.00 (Rupees two hundred only) in the form of Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director of Research (Agri), AAU, Jorhat. Quotation will be issued w.e.f. 25.02.2010 and will be received latest by the office along with 2% earnest money on quoted values of the quotation in the form of DD duly pledged to the office of the undersigned, AAU, Jorhat upto 2.00 P.M. of 5.03.2010 and will be opened on the same day.
