| Interested parties may contact the office of the Director of Physical plant, AAU, Jorhat from 15.3.10 for detailed plan, drawing and tender paper by depositing Rs. 500.00 for each work. This will also be available at University web site www. aau. ac.in from 15.03.10 . The last date of receipt of tender is 1.30 P.M. of 27.03.2010 Rates of tender should be based on PWD, SOR of 2004-05 (Bldg. & Electrical works) and PHE, SOR of 2007-08 . The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tenders without assigning any reason thereof . Under no circumstances the authority will allow sub contract or allowing Power of Attorney authorizing any other persons on behalf of the original firm /contractor. Tenders once signed shall be final and binding for all time to come and for all purposes till the completion of the work as per tender and as per clauses mentioned in the tender agreement. Earnest Money 2% of the estimated cost will have to be deposited in shape of CDR/FDR, pledged in favour of the undersigned . |

| The last date of submission of tenders as per this office NIT No. AAU/DPP/2009-10/9991 dtd 10-3-2010 issued earlier is hereby extended up to 12.00 AM on 20-04-2010 and tender paper may be obtained w.e.f. 26-03-2010 to 19-04-2010 and will be opened on 22-04-2010. Other terms and conditions will remain same. |
