Admission Process of Assam Agricultural University
How to apply
Candidates must apply online by registering and logging on to the University's website www.aau.ac.in. Click on the "Admission 2018" link to reach the registration page. The site has been designed in a user-friendly way to help candidates to apply Online in a step by step basis.
  • Download the Information Bulletin and read it carefully before filling up the Online Application form.
  • Students must register themselves for the Application form for any Degree Programme under the University.
  • There are 3 steps in filling the Application Form.
    • Register yourself
    • Pay the required Application Fee by using Payment Gateway
    • Fill in the Application Form online
Registration
  • Read the Information Bulletin carefully before registration. The information filled in the Registration Form cannot be changed afterwards. It cannot be corrected /modified by the Office also, and hence no request for changing data/information of a submitted application shall be entertained.
  • Upload scanned photograph and signature (Dimension of photograph should be 3cm X 4cm with size maximum 50 kb and minimum 20 kb. The Dimension of signature should be 3cm X 1cm with size maximum 30 kb and minimum 15 kb. The photograph and signature should be either in '.jpeg' or '.jpg' formats.
  • The Registration will be completed only after the uploading of the Photograph and Signature.
  • Upon successful registration, the Applicant should receive a confirmation message with the credentials in the Registered Mobile Number and an email in the registered email ID.
  • Please note that if candidates commit any mistake in filling the online Registration, it cannot be corrected by this office. The Office will take no responsibility of any kind for such forms. The candidate may however Register afresh.
Payment of Fee
  • The candidate can pay by online payment gateway.
  • Applicant shall receive an SMS message confirming payment receipt from AAUADM.
Fill in the Application Form
  • Applicants can fill or edit entered data contained in the form for any number of times and save the data.
    PLEASE NOTE: Do not Finalize the Application Form until all the information are correctly entered. The Application Form cannot be edited after Final submission.
  • Submit the Application Form if all Information are correctly entered.
  • The online application requires JavaScript to be enabled in your browser to function properly.
