Terms & Conditions
1. Applicant must be an AAU employee / student to lodge a complain.
2. Applicant must have a valid AAU i-card. In case, the applicant do not have any i-card, he/she may apply here.
3. Applicant have to enter their identity card number in order to get an OTP which will be sent to their email mentioned in the i-card
4. After receiving the OTP, applicant will now validate the it.
5. After successful validation of OTP, applicant needed to provide their details for submission of the complain.
6. After submission, they may print their grievance report which is recommended.
7. A system generated email will be sent to their registered email with the complain reference number for the applicant's future references.
By reading all the details above it is confirmed that the applicant is accepting all the terms and conditions and ready to proceed.
